Digital print is a perfect choice for business stationery needs as an alternative option to litho. Digital print can be more cost effective if the size of print run is shorter. Digital print can be as little as you need, you will pay a premium for lower quantities as there are still some pre-press setup costs that are standard. For example a minimum quantity of an A4 letterhead would be something in the region of 100 copies. Better for you wallet and of course the environment.
